Terms & ConditionsBridge Yacht Brokerage LimitedRegistered Company no. 5342753 GUIDELINES FOR PRIVATE ADVERTISERS 1. You must ensure that you are legally entitled to sell each item included in an advert, and that it is lawful to sell such an item to UK residents or if the buyer is resident overseas that it is lawful to sell and export such item to a resident in the buyer’s jurisdiction. 2. Adverts must be for marine related items and entered in the appropriate category. Inappropriate items or those placed in the wrong category may be deleted. 3. Each advert should be for a single item or for related items that are being sold as a complete unit. 4. Adverts must be placed in a fair and responsible manner. 5. Adverts should be accurately described and any photos should depict the current condition of the article being advertised. 6. When the item has been sold Bridge Yacht Brokerage Limited should be notified to allow the advert to be removed. 7. Adverts will run for a minimum of 12 weeks. Refund Policy Advertising 1. A full refund of all monies we have received will be given on advertising if we are notified by email before the advert goes live. This effectively gives you up to 36 hours from submission. 2. The amount of refund given will be the actual amount we receive from Worldpay. This will exclude charges made by Worldpay which will be dependant on the type of card used to pay for the advert. Purchase of Own Stock Boats 1. Our own stock boats are guaranteed and should the need arise we will offer a full repair or refund service. The length of the guarantee will be dependant on the type of craft and current condition. This will be clearly stated in the contract of sale and you should ensure you are happy with this before proceeding. |
